1. August special workout

Our 1st August event was a success!

8 courageaous teams of 2 took on the 60 minute challenge despite the heat.

1 hour AMRAP, with a partner
12 alternating dumbbell ground-to-overhead (each)
91 air squats (shared)
At the end of each round, both partners carry their dumbbell 200 meters away. The team returns and then carries one kettlebell together 200 meters before beginning the next round.

Maybe Coach Dave’s welcome greetings with a Swiss flag and traditional Swiss music helped suffering through the hour 😉

We’re already looking forward to the same workout on the national holiday next year.
